If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase:
. You have 5 days to return items from the date you received it
. your items must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your items have been shipped back and received APG we will inspect your returned items. Immediately notify you on the status of your return and subsequent refund eligibility. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via cheque or etransfer. PLEASE NOTE a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the original amount. You will receive your refund within 45 days. FURTHER NOTE: if you placed and paid for your products and want to cancel your order, to be eligible for a FULL REFUND you have 48 hrs, from the time your payment is received by APG, To cancel your order for products after 48 hrs there will be a 30% deduction on your refund.
Shipping: you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to your location and from your location for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. if you receive a refund, the cost of total shipping will be deducted from your refund
